Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document and are based on the information you provide. If the property differs materially from what was described, we will re-quote before starting.
Bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged.
You are responsible for providing access, running water and electricity. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
Where a re-clean guarantee applies, issues must be reported within the window stated on your quote, with the relevant detail, and we will re-attend the flagged areas at no charge.
Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur interest in line with applicable legislation.
We carry public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit so they can be investigated.
